Regardless of what the item details reads for shipping and handling charges, the price charged by the ebay invoice is the current price. Some of these were listed 20 years ago and there have been numerous price increases by USPS since it was written. I'm sorry for this discrepancy but, I can't keep on losing money with each order. Whatever grading mentioned is for reference only and SUGGESTED. Also, In my years of selling records I've found that I can't please each customer's expectations on grading.
